In this workshop we will discuss the best methods for pest control in your garden without the use of pesticides. We will also talk about companion planting to increase the vitality of your garden and vegetables while helping to naturally deter non beneficial insects.
Join us for a fun and interactive class on homemade soup making! We will make several delicious soups in large quantities so you can take home 32 oz of soup.
Please note that this is a hands-on class. You will cut, dice, and peel ingredients. All soups are gluten-free and vegan; you can easily add your preferred protein when serving.

What better way to spend the day than baking with kids. This is a fun class for kids to get some experience “getting their hands dirty” in the kitchen. Each participant will go home with some baked goods that they proudly made.
